Description
The extra virgin olive oil is carefully harvested. The olives are handpicked to ensure their quality and immediately pressed within hours of harvesting. This ensures that the oil retains its rich flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.
Using cold pressing preserves the natural flavors. This results in an extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.
The olive oil comes in three varieties: mild, grassy, and nutty. These flavors are the result of the different olive varieties. It is ideal for salads, pasta, grilled vegetables, or simply as a dip with fresh bread.
