Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. During this period, you can do what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You are allowed to try the product as you would in a physical store. You may remove the product from its packaging, unless the packaging contains a seal. If you have done more than what was necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the additional use.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product. If you have ordered multiple goods in a single order with different delivery times, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last product or part of the product. If you have entered into an agreement for the regular delivery of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the first product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email, with or without the model withdrawal form, to [email protected]. Within 14 days of sending the email, you must return the products. We kindly ask that you return the product, if possible, in its original packaging.

Refund

Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you will receive all payments made, including any delivery costs for the initial shipment, within 14 days. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, unless we agree on a different method. You can notify us of any reasonable costs you have incurred by email at [email protected]. We will reimburse these costs.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

Products made to your specifications, such as food
Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life, such as food
Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened, such as food.
